Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

- Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

- Have all original tags attached

- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

 -Be returned in the original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery for customers in the United States.

If you need a different size or fit, contact us at [your email address] and we’ll help you with the exchange process.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

- Gift cards

- Worn, washed, or altered items

- Customized or limited-edition products

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production and fulfillment preparations begin and orders become final sale unless otherwise stated.

Once delivered, eligible pre-order items may be exchanged according to our standard exchange policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
